Who you are
2+ years of experience in technical customer support
Experience troubleshooting blockchain applications
Excellent communication skills in English
Understanding of L2 solution and L2 Transaction Lifecycle
Knowledge of zkEVM and zkRollup
Understanding Web3 and DeFi
Familiarity with web3 development framework
Scripting in Javascript, Python, or Bash
Working with monitoring tools
Familiarity with issue-tracking tools
Desirables
Interest in zk technology
Knowledge of L2 blockchains and application layer products
Up-to-date with blockchain developments
What the job involves
Work closely with Customer Success Leaders and Engineering teams, ensuring the team meets commitments and delivers best-in-class support.
Address diverse support requests, troubleshoot complex issues on chain, and provide support for dApps end-users and Linea Partners.
Relay user feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of Linea blockchain, and maintain support knowledge documentation.
