Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in technical customer support
  • Experience troubleshooting blockchain applications
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Understanding of L2 solution and L2 Transaction Lifecycle
  • Knowledge of zkEVM and zkRollup
  • Understanding Web3 and DeFi
  • Familiarity with web3 development framework
  • Scripting in Javascript, Python, or Bash
  • Working with monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with issue-tracking tools

Desirables

  • Interest in zk technology
  • Knowledge of L2 blockchains and application layer products
  • Up-to-date with blockchain developments



What the job involves

  • Work closely with Customer Success Leaders and Engineering teams, ensuring the team meets commitments and delivers best-in-class support.
  • Address diverse support requests, troubleshoot complex issues on chain, and provide support for dApps end-users and Linea Partners.
  • Relay user feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of Linea blockchain, and maintain support knowledge documentation.
