What the job involves

  • Address technical inquiries and provide phone support for customer queries
  • Assist with product installation, licensing, and architecture setup
  • Troubleshoot issues related to our Cloud and Compute Server products and support customer-facing online services focusing on incident resolution and efficiency improvements
  • Develop technical articles and documentation to enhance user experience
  • Showcase new product features at technical conferences and webinars and engage with product users during events
  • Collaborate closely with a skilled team on diverse projects, participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and team meetings
