Who you are

  • Possess 3+ years experience in a Support Engineering role
  • Able to work in IST and European time zones and manage on-call duties via PagerDuty
  • Exhibit creative problem-solving abilities
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Have prior experience in technical support using ticketing systems
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of modern web application stack technologies including databases REST APIs Linux and command line tools
  • Show strong interest in working in a dynamic startup environment
  • Demonstrate empathy in solving customer problems and maintaining successful relationships

What the job involves

  • Utilize your expertise in Hasura and backend development to assist users with technical questions and issues
  • Troubleshoot and provide deep technical solutions via email ticketing systems Github and Discord

  • Contribute to product UX improvements in collaboration with the product team
  • Work with the documentation team to refine manuals to address common user inquiries and enhance user understanding
  • Engage in creative problem-solving and side project development using Hasura
