Who you are

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher
• Fluency in English and ability to travel overseas
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support environment
• Demonstrated team management and leadership skills
• Proficient in CAD, understanding schematic diagrams, PLC, and advanced electrician certification preferred
• Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills with business acumen
• Excellent listening, presentation, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking abilities

What the job involves

• Conduct on-site or video field surveys of customer workplaces and propose site improvements
• Provide full process training to clients on scanner, software, and 3D printer operations
• Offer technical assistance and support for customer inquiries and issues
• Follow up with customers to resolve problems and provide feedback
• Develop service procedures, policies, and standards for Technical Support
• Manage day-to-day service activities and lead a team of Technical Support Specialists
• Track, monitor, report, and analyze Technical Support and customer success metrics
