Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in a tech-related field
- Minimum 3 years of technical support experience
- Proficiency in 3D applications like Unity, Unreal or Godot
- Strong debugging and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and adapt to fast-paced environments
Desirables
- Bilingual in European languages such as Spanish, French, German
- Experience with content moderation and/or AI tools
- Knowledge in data privacy, trust & safety
What the job involves
- Answer complex technical customer inquiries
- Debug system issues and document developer interactions
- Test and evaluate new product features and functions
- Provide effective customer support using Zendesk
- Collaborate with QA and Product teams for defect resolution
- Analyze metrics to facilitate service level improvements
