  • Strong working knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS and APIs
  • Comfortable using Postman or similar tools to troubleshoot API behavior
  • Experience administering or supporting SaaS platforms
  • Fluent in French and English
  • UK-based with the right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to overlap with US business hours regularly including evenings

Day to day

  • Provide high-quality technical support to European customers across web technologies APIs SDK integrations and platform configuration
  • Partner closely with Professional Services during customer implementations by joining technical scoping calls troubleshooting issues and delivering practical solutions
  • Work directly with customer developers IT teams and data engineers to diagnose complex problems document fixes and escalate appropriately while owning customer communication
  • Use Postman and related tools to inspect requests responses and identify root causes across JavaScript HTML CSS and front-end behavior
