- Experience in remote troubleshooting of software and hardware issues
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and Windows domains
- Experience writing queries and reports in relational databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What the job involves
- Provide high-level customer support and ownership of escalated calls
- Resolve complex technical issues involving C# applications, databases, and related systems
- Collaborate and coordinate with Software Development, Implementations, and Engineering teams
- Provide training and mentorship to lower-tier support staff
- Undertake on-call rotational support over weekends/evenings
