Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical support or engineering role
  • Experience writing scripts or internal tools using APIs
  • Functional knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with Typescript, Python, or Ruby
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer empathy and problem-solving ability

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern enterprise software
  • Knowledge in AWS, Terraform, Serverless Framework
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Frontend Tools, and Frameworks

Day to day

  • You will provide world-class customer service as a founding member of our technical support organization
  • Partner with Metronome's engineers, customer success team, and customers' developers
  • You will communicate with developers, debug issues, and create/improve our internal tools
  • Provide feedback and influence our product roadmap based on support escalations
