Requirements
- Expert Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of OpenStack Kubernetes and object storage principles
- Strong English speaking and writing ability
- Experience in technical customer support for IaaS or SaaS technologies
- Networking knowledge including VLANs ports spine/leaf and common network tools
- Python or scripting experience and automation concepts
- Alert management and SOP generation experience
- Change management experience
- Good knowledge of virtualization solutions such as libvirt KVM or VMware
- Good knowledge of network and distributed storage solutions

Day to day
- Provide remote technical support for customer environments across Linux OpenStack and Kubernetes stacks
- Troubleshoot incidents end to end including alerts escalations and infrastructure issues in customer datacenters
- Reproduce complex problems in lab environments confirm bugs and collaborate closely with development teams to drive fixes
- Communicate clearly with customers during incidents and guide them through diagnosis recovery and resolution
