Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
3 years’ experience in technical support software troubleshooting or technical customer service
1-2 years’ experience in supporting ELD systems implementations and ongoing operational support
Skilled in testing and installing software and hardware solutions
Skilled in generating reports for hardware/software testing (QA)
Vehicle cable installation and routing experience
Ability to work with cross-functional international team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong customer-facing communication skills
Knowledge of commercial vehicle telematics (J1939, ODBII, & RP1226)

What the job involves
The ELD Technical Support Engineer provides Level 2 Technical Support Services to both direct customers and Netradyne resellers
This role requires specific knowledge and skills to support Electronic Data Logs (ELD) including ELD rules and regulations
Support internal Netradyne team on requests including troubleshooting best practice documentation and research and development of support solutions for complex problems
