Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in a technical support role
• Strong understanding of software development concepts including unit testing, code reviews, and programming practices
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java)
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with support tools and platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools

Desirables

• Knowledge of additional programming languages
• Experience in a SaaS or developer-focused product environment.
