Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS S3 Cloud Storage.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience of 4+ years.
- Experience in technical support network or cloud operations with mission critical systems 24x7x365.
- Strong understanding of Linux Networking protocols such as HTTP TCP/IP DNS and TLS.
Day to day
- Assist enterprise customers integrate applications with Wasabi cloud storage.
- Support partners in deploying Wasabi environments.
- Investigate and address root causes of customer issues and contribute to automation of operational issues.
