Who you are

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or similar roles.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
  • Strong experience in supporting desktop applications across macOS Windows and Linux.
  • Proficient in reproducing client issues and conducting live debug sessions.
  • Skilled in collecting detailed debug information (logs memory dumps etc.).
  • Knowledgeable in cloud environments (e.g. AWS) networking and storage.
  • Experience in setting up multi-host environments for complex setup reproduction.
