  • Provide expert technical support for three mature .NET products, resolving complex customer issues with accuracy and ownership
  • Write custom sample code and reproduce tricky edge cases to help customers implement OCR data extraction file conversion PDF editing and native integrations
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to produce actionable bug reports improve documentation and contribute to internal AI tooling
