Who you are
- 1-2 years experience handling high-end clients or equivalent education and certifications
- Proficient with Ubuntu or other Linux distributions
- Solid understanding of mobile environments (Android, iOS)
- Solid understanding of Windows 10 environment (device drivers, event viewer, error reporting)
- Experience with advanced software issues requiring root cause analysis
- Experience maintaining small networks
- Exposure to SQL commands
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Proficient in Internet-related applications (email clients, FTP clients, web browsers)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Availability to work a shift of 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM EST
