Who you are

  • 1-2 years experience handling high-end clients or equivalent education and certifications
  • Proficient with Ubuntu or other Linux distributions
  • Solid understanding of mobile environments (Android, iOS)
  • Solid understanding of Windows 10 environment (device drivers, event viewer, error reporting)
  • Experience with advanced software issues requiring root cause analysis
  • Experience maintaining small networks
  • Exposure to SQL commands
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Proficient in Internet-related applications (email clients, FTP clients, web browsers)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Availability to work a shift of 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM EST
