Requirements

  • 2-year technical degree preferred; 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant technical and customer support experience
  • Comfortable working in the field on vehicle and trailer installs and troubleshooting
  • Mechanical aptitude with wiring and power tools
  • Knowledge of 12 VDC wiring and cellular network operations
  • Knowledge of API data utilization through 3rd party groups
  • Experience creating dynamic Excel and Power BI tools
  • Travel required up to 75% of the time

Day to day

  • Provide customer-facing support during onboarding and daily interactions, delivering timely responses through support channels and ticketing systems.
  • Proactively monitor product health, identify trends, and diagnose customer issues both remotely and in the field.
  • Perform hands-on installations and troubleshooting on tractor trailers, train OEMs, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer-facing problems.
