At least four years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer
Technical knowledge of Bean to Cup, Billi systems, electronics, POU coolers, plumbing, vending machines, filtration, barista/coffee quality, installation
Competent user of hand and power tools
Electrical knowledge and awareness of electrical safety
Effective Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop staff
Effective working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and customers
Ability to prioritize, plan and organize own workload
Customer Service Skills
Strong communication skills
Proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to make difficult decisions using initiative in decision making process.

Instill high priority on delivering wow service to customers and colleagues
