Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical writer or communicator in the software industry
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently while meeting milestones and delivery dates
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in person and remotely
- Business level proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of DITA XML and topic-based writing
- General experience with macOS and iOS platforms
- General experience in an Agile environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Bachelor's degree in Technical or Scientific Writing Technical Communications or Computer Science preferred
- Combination of relevant experience and education may be considered

Day to day
- Create, deliver, and maintain accurate documentation for Jamf software products across multiple content types including user guides release notes knowledge base articles technical papers and infographics
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile delivery teams and development groups to research new features interpret technical changes and produce content that meets customer needs
- Maintain deep product knowledge and ensure content is complete usable findable and aligned with style guides voice tone standards and publishing workflows
