- ITIL knowledge or certification is expected
- The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of experience in technical writing or a related field
What the job involves
- Collaborate closely with the IT Business Transformation Analyst to create comprehensive training materials
- Develop and maintain effective e-learning modules tailored for IT staff
- Ensure existing training resources are updated to reflect current practices and standards
- Work directly with IT personnel to assess their training requirements and facilitate onboarding for new staff
