Requirements

  • Proficient writing and technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Strong command of English language structure grammar and composition
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate information and identify relevant insights
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with technology-related terminology and concepts
  • Experience in developing policies procedures and training materials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and e-learning tools with experience in Articulate being advantageous
  • ITIL knowledge or certification is expected
  • The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of experience in technical writing or a related field

Day to day

  • Collaborate closely with the IT Business Transformation Analyst to create comprehensive training materials
  • Develop and maintain effective e-learning modules tailored for IT staff
  • Ensure existing training resources are updated to reflect current practices and standards
  • Work directly with IT personnel to assess their training requirements and facilitate onboarding for new staff
