Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Information Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably with expertise in documentation
- Strong understanding of information management concepts, data governance, and documentation best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in technical writing tools and software
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with information security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Previous experience in document version control and content management systems is an advantage

Day to day
- As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in documenting and communicating our organization's Master Information Plan strategy and procedures
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, write technical content, and create comprehensive documentation to support our information management initiatives
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate users on policies and procedures
- Manage the organization's document repositories to ensure easy access and retrieval of documentation
- Stay updated with industry trends, information management best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve documentation
