What the job involves
Lead development and maintenance of external and internal documentation for Consumer Engagement platform, Eliza. Create user guides, release notes, printed manuals, help files, and other needed media. Work across teams to gather necessary information and maintain documentation.
Utilize documentation standards and formats for various media. Develop and maintain a project plan for material upkeep. Communicate document changes to teams and clients, and document enhancements and bug fixes in release notes.
Work with technical teams for product usability and limit needed instructions. Communicate document creation and format directly with management and the development team. Complete all outlined responsibilities on annual Performance Plan, and special projects and duties.
