- Sound understanding of coding APIs and cloud architectures
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Fluent written and spoken English

Day to day
- Deliver and maintain accurate API documentation for payment services, improving clarity and usability for diverse users.
- Create user-friendly technical materials including Product User Manuals Technical Specifications and Technical Tutorials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead knowledge management projects using AI tools and keep documentation aligned with evolving products services and live system definitions.
