Requirements
- 3+ years technical writing experience in DAM systems web applications or SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of 3D asset lifecycles file formats and metadata management
- Experience documenting portals onboarding permission tiers RBAC and SSO
- Proficiency with Markdown Git or headless CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of REST APIs JSON authentication and web technologies
- Excellent written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to interview stakeholders and synthesize information from multiple sources
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Day to day
- Translate complex digital asset and 3D rendering workflows into clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create and maintain developer guides functional specifications tutorials FAQs and knowledge base content for APIs portals and integration processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather validate and structure information while establishing documentation standards diagrams and docs-as-code workflows.
