Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing Communications or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven professional technical writing experience preferably in software or technology
- Experience with modern authoring tools such as MadCap Flare or similar platforms
- Experience with HTML XML and content management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work independently
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and interest in applying them to technical documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain discretion with proprietary and confidential information
- Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
- Strong work ethic integrity honesty collaboration and team orientation
- Ability to travel up to 10%

Day to day
- Develop and maintain clear customer-focused product documentation for one or more software solutions
- Plan documentation strategy and coordinate content delivery across the product development cycle to support releases and customer adoption
- Create and improve help content release notes instructional videos and knowledgebase articles using subject matter expertise and AI-assisted workflows
- Manage knowledgebase organization governance and discoverability including navigation indexing taxonomy cross-linking and lifecycle updates
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate complex functionality into accurate usable learning resources and improve documentation standards
