Requirements
- At least three years’ experience developing education curriculum
- A bachelor's or master's degree in education, instructional design, or curriculum development
- A valid teaching license is preferred
Day to day
- Provide a responsive, innovative training/learning solution design that ensures requirement traceability and effectively controls the solution development effort
- Provide front-end analysis and diagnostics to determine optimal training/learning intervention solutions that shall resolve customer performance problems and meet goals and objectives
- Provide training implementation and program management support at the individual course delivery level
