Who you are

  • 3+ years in policy, legal, or technical writing
  • Risk management practice experience; prior audit, compliance, or enterprise risk management experience
  • Great command of English
  • Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex subjects
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Experience in writing documentation for various audiences

Desirables

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in policy governance administration



What the job involves

  • Edit, simplify, and consolidate organizational policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with the company's policy governance framework.
  • Translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content.
  • Develop innovative methods for improving content based on policy governance requirements and guidelines.
  • Write user-friendly content for target audiences, translating insights into comprehensible language.
  • Report on all document revisions, updates, and deletions.
  • Document content for maximum usability, ensuring a consistent voice across all documentation.
