Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of technical writing experience
  • Experience documenting complex software especially IAM or security products
  • Experience creating markdown content
  • Experience managing multiple tickets simultaneously and meeting deadlines
  • Experience working with AI tools such as Gemini Glean or Claude Code
  • Ability to learn evolving features in early-stage development environments
  • Prior experience or exposure to software development
  • Experience using GitHub and repositories
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of technical administrator needs and workflows

Day to day

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts engineers and product teams to define create and maintain administrator documentation
  • Work in a Docs-as-Code environment using AsciiDoc IntelliJ IDE and GitHub to author and publish technical content
  • Research complex Ping Identity products and translate authorization and IAM concepts into clear user-friendly documentation for administrators
