Remote Technology Content Analyst Job in London, UK JLL

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technology experience preferably in commercial real estate and/or financial markets
• Proven experience working in a content management or related role in the technology industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research analyze and synthesize complex information
• Exceptional written and presentation skills preferably applied to creating content for training and communication
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint (or other content platform) administration and management preferred
• Ability to work at pace and prioritize across multiple tasks while still delivering to a high standard
• Initiative-taking and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

What the job involves

• Work closely with Tech Advisory, Innovation and Product teams to develop engaging training materials and user guides for Capital Markets technology
• Engage with Marketing/Comms, Tech Advisory and Innovation teams to draft communication content and messaging
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create materials on high profile tech initiatives
• Analyse content usage patterns and provide actionable recommendations. Develop an understanding of the Capital Markets tech stack and stay up to date on new product features and releases
