Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Strong technical expertise in C# ASP.NET Core REST APIs SQL Server and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with Vue.js preferred
- Experience leading or contributing to enterprise-level SaaS or marketing platforms
- Proficient with Git DevOps Jira and agile methodologies
- Proven ability to manage vendors or offshore teams
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical discussions

Day to day
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers building enterprise-scale web applications for the automotive retail industry.
- Drive code reviews process improvements and release quality while staying close to the code and supporting technical decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners QA architecture DevOps and vendor partners to deliver timely high-quality releases across multiple initiatives.
