Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations or a related role
- Strong technical skills in systems administration troubleshooting and user support
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the JLL Work Dynamics technology ecosystem is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4 are a plus

Day to day
- Provide day-to-day operational support for technology systems and applications across assigned Work Dynamics accounts.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and technical support to resolve system and application issues efficiently.
- Monitor performance maintain documentation support compliance and enhance user adoption through training automation and collaboration.
