Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management or technical product management experience
  • 1+ years of experience managing a scrum team as a product manager
  • 1+ years supporting multiple agile scrum teams in a cross-functional enterprise environment
  • 1+ years using product and delivery tools such as Aha! or Rally
  • Hands-on experience using modern AI tools and automated solutions to expedite product delivery
  • Solid technical understanding of system design APIs and modern application architecture

Day to day

  • Manage team-level execution and product backlog delivery in a fast-paced engineering environment
  • Lead intake discussions and translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable product features and improve workflows using approved AI tools
  • Maintain planning and tracking tools while monitoring timelines data quality budgets and forecasting
  • Evaluate emerging technology trends to support roadmap planning operational improvement and strategic innovation
