Day to day
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and field sales associates in the HCM industry
- Understand client and prospect needs to recommend tailored Paylocity solutions and strategic guidance
- Present products through web demonstrations prepare proposals and support the sales and implementation process
- Close ancillary business meet sales quotas and act as a subject matter expert on Paylocity services
