  • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with shifting priorities and within corporate environments
  • Proven ability to successfully solve problems and build through implementing processes, building organizations or teams
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, take initiative, drive projects from concept to completion
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Commitment to ethical technology and AI practices ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Deep understanding of technologies, data, AI, including machine learning algorithms, data analysis, AI solution deployment
  • Open to traveling 30-60% of the time
  • 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, product development, building successful technology-centered start ups
  • Recent experience (1+ years) in AI, machine learning, and/or data

Day to day

  • Lead the development of our AI-consulting practice, leading a team, and managing high-impact technical projects
  • Work closely with Human Agency's leadership team, including the Founder, CEO, and CTO
  • Drive strategic technology implementations and ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines.
