Requirements
- Associate's Degree required
- 1 year customer service or administrative work experience required

Day to day
- Conduct telephone surveys with caregivers receiving services and collect accurate data in a professional manner
- Maintain assigned client call files including enrollment data caregiver contact details and best time to call
- Enter survey results online or by manual data entry and generate required reports
- Provide courteous customer service to caregivers providers and agency stakeholders while staffing the toll-free dedicated phone line
