Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- 8+ years of hands-on automated testing experience
- Experience owning or architecting automation solutions
- Strong track record with enterprise-grade automation frameworks
- Proven leadership supporting large enterprise applications
- Expertise in unit API integration end-to-end regression performance and reliability testing
- Advanced experience with Pytest Selenium Cypress or Playwright
- Deep API testing expertise with Postman
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices including pipelines environments and test execution efficiency
- Hands-on experience with cloud architectures in AWS Azure or GCP
- Extensive experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- US work authorization required at hire and throughout employment

Day to day
- Lead a small team of automation engineers and guide test automation strategy across functional regression API UI and integration testing
- Design develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks while improving CI/CD integration tooling choices and execution efficiency
- Partner with business technical and senior stakeholders to troubleshoot complex defects communicate automation health and drive continuous improvement
