Requirements
- 10+ years in QA/QE experience
- Leading teams of 15+ across multiple workstreams
- Experience leading vendor transitions and testing-service takeovers
- Retail or e-commerce domain experience preferred
- Strong grounding in automation toolchains such as Python Playwright or Selenium
- CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or similar
- Working knowledge of data quality engineering concepts
- Ability to work US Pacific Time-aligned hours on a sustained basis
- Excellent executive communication skills

Day to day
- Own delivery outcomes and client relationships across multiple QE verticals in a large retail engagement
- Lead governance cadences executive reporting and KPI/SLA tracking across automation coverage defect leakage and staffing fill rate
- Drive vendor transition knowledge transfer phased hiring and automation-led testing operations while protecting peak-season release readiness
