Requirements

  • Proven Test Manager or Test Lead experience on finance transformation programmes
  • Experience testing ERP platforms such as SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure AWS or GCP
  • Strong understanding of finance systems and business processes
  • Knowledge of financial reporting GL AP AR fixed assets and finance operations
  • Experience with Azure DevOps JIRA HP ALM or similar test management tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
  • Experience managing testing across complex enterprise transformation programmes

Day to day

  • Lead end-to-end testing across large-scale finance transformation programmes in a cloud-based environment.
  • Define and execute comprehensive test strategies plans and delivery approaches for SIT UAT E2E regression and performance testing.
  • Coordinate closely with Finance IT business stakeholders and third-party vendors while managing defects risks dependencies and reporting to ensure quality outcomes.
