What the job involves

  • Act as a strategic reward business partner for global business and provide support on Total Reward.
  • Conduct reward analysis and offer insights on compensation and incentives to aid decision-making.
  • Provide guidance on pay reviews, organizational design, and market pricing to ensure effective pay structures.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of reward and benefit programs in EMEA, ensuring market competitiveness and legal compliance.
  • Communicate and educate on reward strategies to enhance employee understanding and engagement.
