What the job involves
Act as a strategic reward business partner for global business and provide support on Total Reward.
Conduct reward analysis and offer insights on compensation and incentives to aid decision-making.
Provide guidance on pay reviews, organizational design, and market pricing to ensure effective pay structures.
Evaluate effectiveness of reward and benefit programs in EMEA, ensuring market competitiveness and legal compliance.
Communicate and educate on reward strategies to enhance employee understanding and engagement.
