Remote Trade Support Analyst Job in United States Luxoft

Who you are

• Understand financial markets with strong equities background
• High-level understanding of financial instruments like swaps, options/futures
• Accounting/PNL knowledge (for equities)
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle
• Experience with front office applications (Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MarketAxess)
• Trader support experience with front-office system
• Experience in supporting order flow management between trading desk and brokers
• Hands-on technical experience in application support
• 3 years experience in a similar support role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to focus and prioritize multiple tasks
• Aptitude to learn
• Understanding of ITIL methodology
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• SQL/PLSQL proficiency
• Scripting with Python or JavaScript
• Experience with Unix/Linux platforms
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux command line
• Understanding of XML/FpML data formats
• Ability to read and understand source code logic

Desirables

• Knowledge of databases and associated structures
• Experience with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio
• Knowledge of FIX Messaging protocol
• Experience with JavaScript
• Java applications support background
• Experience with Cloud (AWS) platform
• Settlement process knowledge

What the job involves

• Responsible for production systems related to trading, post-trade, and PnL software
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, infrastructure team members, portfolio managers, and traders
• Ensure quality software delivery during release process
