Day to day
- Oversees, develops and delivers training programs for employees and external customers to meet organizational and learner needs.
- Partners with business leaders to identify training needs and create effective solutions that improve performance.
- Creates course materials, facilitates training sessions, and evaluates results to recommend process improvements.
