Requirements
- 7+ years in Agile delivery coaching or transformation
- Experience implementing or supporting a Product Operating Model
- Strong knowledge of Scrum Kanban and Scaled Agile frameworks
- Experience working with Product Owners and product planning
- Ability to support 3–7 Scrum teams simultaneously
- Fortune 500 experience preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred

Day to day
- Lead the transition to a Product Operating Model across multiple teams
- Coach Product Owners and Agile teams to strengthen delivery practices and collaboration
