Day to day

  • Own the customer's business transformation beyond the Duvo deployment, ensuring pilots become company-wide rollouts
  • Act as a management consultant embedded in the customer's business, linking AI capabilities to income statement outcomes and securing executive buy-in
  • Lead change management by helping leaders redesign roles and workflows so teams adopt AI-enabled ways of working and the new process sticks
