- In-depth knowledge of UK and European road freight networks
- Excellent knowledge of UK and European customs regulations and processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience refining logistics networks
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Amazon logistics experience is a plus

Day to day
- Manage transport operations for freight and parcel deliveries across the UK and Europe, including marketplace and DTC carriers.
- Build and maintain strong carrier relationships to improve performance and support cost-efficient operations.
- Monitor carrier metrics, manage budgets, ensure customs compliance, and collaborate with teams to enhance logistics networks.
