- Make reservations for flights hotels car rentals tours and other travel services using our preferred suppliers and partners
- Stay informed about global travel trends visa requirements local customs and events to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the booking process addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Handle unexpected issues or changes in travel plans with efficiency and composure offering viable solutions to ensure a seamless travel experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting additional services upgrades and special packages to enhance the client’s journey
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and anticipating their future travel needs
