• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the booking process addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Handle unexpected issues or changes in travel plans with efficiency and composure offering viable solutions to ensure a seamless travel experience
• Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting additional services upgrades and special packages to enhance the client’s journey
