Responsible for reviewing and resolving questions or concerns from corporate clients via email and at times by phone
Executing fund transfers, resolving routine exceptions, reconciling processed transactions, and monitoring live transactions within multiple processing applications
Performing initial investigation of reconciliation exceptions and escalating appropriately when needed
