- Experience with SharePoint, Tableau, or other data management systems

Day to day
- Provides daily operational support regarding business tools, products, or applications
- Analyzes performance by tracking usage, issues, data discrepancies, and other key metrics
- Gathers information to address associate and client inquiries
- Generates reports, status updates, and other documentation to facilitate business goals
- Tracks reporting efforts, user metrics, and known issues
- Communicates insights through documentation and reporting
- Supports client implementation
- Provides subject knowledge to business units or users, potentially creating educational materials
