What the job involves

• Analyze operational issues and recommend solutions to improve practices and ensure integrity of operating systems
• Perform back-office services for a sensitive client
• Investigate known error conditions and follow prescribed error correction procedures
• Recognize abnormal processing conditions and determine appropriate actions required to resolve issues and complete processing
• Communicate systems updates and process changes to internal customers and train them on changes, new systems, or new procedures
