- 10 years as a Product Owner on a cloud voice platform
- Working knowledge of Twilio Voice
- Hands-on experience with Voice Intelligence
- Database knowledge with strong SQL skills
- Familiarity with end-to-end contact center reporting
- Ability to translate business needs into user stories with acceptance criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills for demanding stakeholders
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance reporting

Day to day
