Requirements

7–10 years in web design for e-commerce
4+ years leading mentoring and managing a design team
Portfolio showing shipped PDP PLP or Checkout improvements tied to business metrics
Expertise in Figma including components variables and Dev Mode
Strong visual motion craft and responsive design sensibility
Experience implementing GenAI tools in a design pipeline
Understanding of prompt engineering quality control and brand governance
Familiarity with AI-shaped UX patterns and measurement
Comfort collaborating on A/B testing and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and SEO fundamentals

Nice to have

Experience designing chat flows
Experience with guided selling flows

Day to day

Own the design function for a $1B+ e-commerce brand and steer the website experience across key customer journeys.
Lead the design system, AI-first workflow, CRO experimentation, and team operations to improve conversion and scale design output.
Create and refine wireframes, prototypes, motion specs, and responsive UI patterns while partnering closely with engineering and growth teams.
