- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital product design
- 2+ years of hands-on front-end development experience
- Experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks

- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Day to day
- Design intuitive web and mobile experiences for healthcare providers hospital staff and industry partners
- Create wireframes user flows prototypes and high-fidelity designs that simplify complex surgical workflows
- Develop responsive production-quality front-end interfaces and collaborate with engineering to deliver accessible polished products
- Partner with product engineering implementation and customer success teams to move projects smoothly from concept through launch
